Digital downloads, membership subscriptions, or audio or video study aids available for download. (All sales are final on these items. There are samples of all of these items available for you to download and try out. We are very confident that these study materials are of the highest quality and there are thousands of successful EMS students worldwide to show for it.)
CD or DVD training materials and study aids may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus original shipping and handling), if they are unopened, in the original shrink-wrapped packaging.
Opened CD and DVD packages are limited to replacement only for reasons of defect. If the disc is defective, contact us at Support@MedicCast.com and explain the nature of the problem. We will contact you promptly with details on returning your disc and getting you a replacement product to use.)
